We are requiring a P 2,000.00 reservation fee. In case of cancellation of reservation, guests will no longer be able to refund the certain fee.
- Accommodation Policy -
TERMS AND CONDITIONS CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT are subject to the following conditions.
Check-in time is 2pm. Check-out time is 12 noon the following day. Excess of an hour or more will have additional charge – P100/hour.
For HOTEL ROOMS, the management requires a FULL PAYMENT for the entire stay upon check-in for all guests.
For APARTMENTS, a security deposit amounting 1 (one) month’s rental is required.
For confirmed reservation, please present the original copy of your reservation slip upon check-in.
For apartment refund, the room will be charged as daily rates, depending on the duration of the stay.
For APARTMENTS who are checking out, please inform the Front Desk Clerk at least a day before to prepare electricity and other unsettled payments.
The Front Desk is open from 8:00AM to 5:00PM only. Any concerns should be addressed to the attendee, or to the security guard if closed.
Visitors are allowed up to 10:00PM. Limit guests up to 2 persons only. Tenants should inform front desk beforehand of any visitors who might be coming in at unhourly time. NO ID, NO ENTRY policy for visitors.
Housekeeping and request for new bed sheets, pillow cases and towels for HOTEL ROOMS are free each day. For APARTMENTS, housekeeping is free once a week. However, request for new bed sheets, pillow cases and towels have applicable charges (free for the first week after check-in)
As a courtesy, please avoid unnecessary noise that may disturb other tenants. The management reserves the right to refuse any noisy and unruly guests in order to protect the interest of other tenants.
For security measures, keep your unit doors always locked especially when going out. The Management is not liable for lost valuables. For safety purposes, we have safety deposit boxes at the front desk.
Additional persons in hotel rooms (adult and children) will be charged P500/head per day. Additional beds with linens P100/set per day.
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. However, smokers may do so at the balcony or in any of the common areas outside the unit.
Pets are not allowed inside Hotel rooms.
Furniture, fixture and other amenities are properties of the hotel. Guests are liable for loss or damage of room unit’s properties.
Lost keys shall be charged to the guest for 500/each. Should the keys be left inside the room, kindly inform the front desk for assistance.
Switch off lights and close all water taps when going out – kindly use them properly. Utilities have individual meters in apartment type rooms. Water, cable and power are inclusive in Hotel room rates.
Hanging of clothes towels, etc. at the balcony and windows is strictly prohibited – we have clothes lines at the rooftop which you can use for free. We also have laundry services for your convenience.
Firearms, explosives and harmful chemicals are not allowed inside the premises.
Use of prohibited drugs and other illegal activities are prohibited inside the premises.
Our personnel will collect your garbage everyday between 7:00AM to 8:00AM only; you may leave your garbage in plastic bags in front of your room. Do not put your garbage out after the collection time.
Please report to the front desk any personnel soliciting cash or tip for basic service rendered.
To avoid delay, please inform front desk one hour before checking out to allow our personnel to check your room amenities in accordance with our standard operating procedures.
In case of emergency, please call the attention of front desk. The fire escape is located at ‘exit’ areas and fire extinguishers are strategically located at every floor.
Corkage Fee Will be collected if ever Tenants/Guests will not purchase at the Hotel Bella Monte
